Each of the six dimensions is a weighted average of four high-signal questions. The Readiness Index combines the six-dimension mean with the average of the two weakest dimensions, so bottlenecks matter more than they would in a simple average.
Stage gates then test for critical and severe risks and minimum-dimension thresholds. A company cannot be classified Ready merely because strengths elsewhere offset a fundamental weakness.
Transition timing changes the priority of remediation work, not the underlying readiness score. The full ERG process separately verifies evidence and calibrates conclusions for company size, business model, industry, and context.
