The free readiness assessment currently runs in your browser. The answers you enter into that assessment are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to ERG by the assessment itself.

If you contact ERG by email or otherwise choose to provide information directly, ERG may receive and retain the information you send in order to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, or provide requested services.

Like most websites, the hosting and infrastructure providers used to deliver this site may process ordinary technical information associated with a visit, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and similar security or performance data. ERG does not use the free assessment to sell personal information or to create a hidden profile of your business.

Do not submit passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through the public website. A paid or advisory engagement may use separate processes for document exchange and data handling.

This policy will be updated as ERG adds accounts, payments, document review, or other production features. Material changes should be reflected on this page before those features are offered publicly.
