Current website policy
Designed for clarity.
The free assessment is intentionally local-first. During the current free assessment, responses remain in the browser on the device being used and are not transmitted to ERG by the assessment itself.
If you choose to email ERG, request diagnostic access, or enter into an advisory engagement, information you provide may be reviewed by ERG for the purpose you requested. Ordinary email should not be treated as a secure data room, so highly sensitive documents should not be sent until an appropriate exchange method has been agreed.
For paid or bespoke engagements, confidentiality obligations, permitted uses of information, document handling, and any involvement of specialist providers should be addressed in the applicable engagement terms.
ERG’s operating principle is straightforward: use client information only for the work it was provided for, limit unnecessary disclosure, and distinguish confidential client facts from anonymized or aggregated learning. No client-identifying case study or transaction detail should be published without permission.
If you have a confidentiality requirement before discussing a potential engagement, contact ERG so the appropriate process can be established first.
